The Hidden Montenegro tour is both a panoramic experience and glance at the Montenegro of yesteryear. In the Lovcen National park, the abandoned village of Majstori, and the Austro-Hungarian Fortress, Gorazda offer unique slices of Montenegrin life at different points in history.
This self-guided tour is an opportunity to see parts of Montenegro that even locals rarely visit.
After the safety and bike orientation, we'll provide detailed instructions for you to reach Majstori, 12 kilometers away from the cable car station, initially on asphalt and eventually on a hard packed dirt road.
From Majstori you'll return back and pass the cable car station before starting an initial descent of 900 meters in a series of 25 switchbacks to the Gorazda fortress, and explore that Austro-Hungarian relic before descending back to Kotor.
