We have NO control over:
- Tour operations, safety measures, or equipment
- Tour guides, staff, or their qualifications
- Tour itineraries, schedules, or modifications
- Pricing, availability, or booking policies
- Cancellations, refunds, or customer service
- Insurance, permits, or legal compliance
Any contract you enter into is directly with the tour operator, NOT with Albania Visit Tours.

- Falls, drowning, or equipment failure
- Vehicle accidents (buses, boats, cars, aircraft)
- Animal attacks or insect/snake bites
- Exposure to extreme weather or environmental conditions
- Altitude sickness, dehydration, or sun exposure
Health & Medical Risks
- Medical emergencies with no immediate access to care
- Inadequate medical facilities in remote locations
- Food poisoning or waterborne illnesses
- Allergic reactions or pre-existing condition complications
- Infectious diseases or pandemics
- Mental health impacts from traumatic events
Security & Political Risks
- Terrorism, war, or civil unrest
- Crime including theft, assault, or kidnapping
- Government actions or border closures
- Detention or legal issues in foreign jurisdictions
- Changes in visa or entry requirements
Natural Disasters & Force Majeure

Financial & Service Risks
- Tour cancellations or significant changes
- Tour operator bankruptcy or business failure
- Hidden fees or unexpected costs
- Substandard accommodations or services
- Loss of deposits or prepayments
- Currency fluctuations or payment issues
COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Albania Visit Tours, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that you may suffer as a result of your participation in any tour or travel activity.
This release applies whether the loss, damage, injury, or death is caused by NEGLIGENCE, breach of contract, or any other cause, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE OF ALBANIA VISIT TOURS.
You understand and agree that Albania Visit Tours:
- Makes NO WARRANTIES about tour safety or quality
- Does NOT investigate or verify tour operator credentials
- Does NOT guarantee the accuracy of tour descriptions
- Does NOT ensure tour operators have proper insurance
- Cannot be held responsible for ANY aspect of tours
YOUR AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY US
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Albania Visit Tours and all related parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your participation in any tour or travel activity
- Any injury, death, or property damage you suffer or cause
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your breach of any tour operator's terms and conditions
- Any claims brought by your heirs, family, or estate
This means if anyone sues us because of something that happens to you on a tour, YOU must pay for our legal defense and any damages awarded.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ESSENTIAL
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes:
- Medical coverage including emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
- Coverage for adventure activities and sports
- Personal liability coverage
- Coverage for lost or stolen belongings
- 24/7 emergency assistance services
Albania Visit Tours is not responsible if you choose to travel without insurance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TRAVELER
By booking any tour, you acknowledge that YOU are responsible for:
- Assessing your own physical and mental fitness for activities
- Disclosing any medical conditions to the tour operator
- Obtaining necessary vaccinations and medications
- Securing proper travel documents and visas
- Understanding and following local laws and customs
- Researching current safety and security conditions
- Reading and understanding tour operator terms
- Making informed decisions about your safety
LEGAL JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from your use of this website or participation in any tour shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas County, Texas.
You agree that any legal action must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose or be forever barred.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
